Music is my life. I love every type. But hip hop is my favorite. It’s something about the beat… the pulse.. the bass.. the rhymes.. the lyrics.. It’s so captivating and inspiring. It makes you dance, it makes you think. It runs through my veins and beats through my heart.
Fashion is my passion. It’s so visually stimulating. It’s almost like music in a visual form. It has rhythm and flow. It arouses your senses. It expresses creativity. It can be mainstream and mass produced or unique and one-of-a-kind.
Fashion and music has always been intriguing to me. When I was in middle school, I wanted to work at MTV. In, high school, I wanted to write for VIBE magazine. Now that I am in college, I am pursuing my bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. My absolute dream job is to be a magazine editor. I want to be involved with the articles, photography, styling, and trend forecasting. I see myself living in the glamorous life of fashion mixed with the lavish life of music.
